There are 2 ways to enroll your card:
  1. Go online to HighOctaneRewards.com and enroll your card.
  2. Call the toll-free number on the back of your card to enroll over the phone.
  1. Inside the store: when making a purchase, present your High Octane Rewards card to the cashier or swipe your card when prompted to earn points on qualifying merchandise.
  2. Outside the store: When prompted, insert your rewards card into the card reader to receive a reduced price per gallon.

NOTE: You must enroll your card in order to receive fuel discounts.

No. Once your card is enrolled you can enter your 10-digit phone number/Alt ID inside the store to earn points, or out at the pump to receive a fuel discount.

NOTE: If more than one person enrolls using the same phone number, then the first person enrolling with that number will get the points earned for that phone number. It is best to use your individual cell phone number for enrollment.

Inform the cashier that you would like to spend your points when purchasing merchandise that is eligible for redemption (check back with our website for our line-up of favorites that are eligible for redemption).

NOTE: You cannot “redeem” points by using your phone number; for account security, you must present your actual High Octane Rewards card.

No. Points can be spent like cash for select merchandise inside the store, but Points have no actual value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Yes! This is called Card linking. Our system has the ability to "link" cards together so that all points can be gathered in one common bank.
  1. We can set it so that all linked cards can earn points and redeem points from this bank
  2. OR, 1 card is a "parent" card, while the rest of the cards are set as "children" cards. All cards in the group can earn points, but only the “parent” card can spend them.
You can simply call the toll-free number on the back of your High Octane Rewards card (1-877-749-1838) to combine the points from the various cards you have accumulated onto the card you want to use. The other card(s) will be canceled.
If you have enrolled your card, get a new card and call the toll free number on the back of the card. We can easily transfer your points from the lost card to your new card.

NOTE: You MUST enroll your card to protect your points.

As long as you continue to make at least one transaction every six (6) months, your Points will not expire. They will expire after 6 months of no activity.
